He began his career as a Research Fellow at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), where he conducted in-depth analyses that contributed to economic development initiatives, enhancing his analytical skills and deepening his understanding of global financial systems.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Montana and a Master of Science in Applied and Resource Economics from the University of Connecticut.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Eric enjoys basketball, volunteering in the school system, taking long walks with his dog, quality family time, and playing tennis. His commitment to community and personal interests reflects his belief in maintaining a balanced and fulfilling life.
